Everything is relational, right? That’s what it is. To be successful, you have to have partnerships, collaborations, collaboratives, right? Networking. And I am here with the founder, the CEO of LaunchHouse, Todd Goldstein. He’s going to tell us more about LaunchHouse. Good morning, Todd.
Todd Goldstein:
Good morning. Thank you for coming.
Grace:
Thank you for having us.
Todd Goldstein:
It’s so good to have you guys.
Grace:
What is LaunchHouse?
Todd Goldstein:
So LaunchHouse is a coworking community that we started in 2008 as a place to rent entrepreneurs, freelancers, and growing businesses together in one place to start and grow your business. We’ve grown from two by 10 offices to today we’re in over 13,000 square feet. Whether you’re starting a business, growing a business, we offer flexible coworking offers, so you can rent a desk, you can rent an office, you could rent multiple offices. In addition, we do a lot of programming throughout the year to bring people together. So we do happy hours, lunch and learns. We have a how to series. So it’s really about bringing the community together, and letting the magic happen.
Grace:
Yeah. Definitely. It’s not a virtual office space. We’re going to show you more. We’re going to talk to a couple of the members, but you said coworking. Tell us more about coworking. That concept.
Todd Goldstein:
Yeah. So, here in Northeast Ohio, coworking when we started was a very foreign concept, but it was really taking off on the East and West coast. And so we looked and said, how do you bring like minded people together in one place, and allow them to work and collaborate, even though they all have different businesses and different interests? And so that’s really what coworking is. It’s really when you bring different people together in one space and you’d be starting a business, growing a business, selling a business, you could be a freelancer, a remote worker. It’s really for all different types of people.
Grace:
Absolutely.
Todd Goldstein:
That want to get out of their basement, get out of the house, and have the flexibility to scale their business as needed in one space.
