Great to meet you. Tell our audience who you are and what brought you here to LaunchHouse. Tell us about your business.
Wayne Rothman:
Okay. My name’s Wayne Rothman, I have a business called Tenant Magic. What we do is online rental applications and background screening. And what brought us to LaunchHouse was looking for resources to help us as we were growing the business, technical resources. But what we found along the way was a lot of idea sharing, and in fact we were approached by people that we met at LaunchHouse to invest in our business, but invest time, not just money.
Grace:
Yes.
Wayne Rothman:
But yet some money, and every Thursday for about a year and a half. And that helped us really hone in on what we do. So Tenant Magic does rental applications, and we do it throughout the country. We’re in every state, Puerto Rico, DC, everywhere. And we’re growing the business.
Grace:
Love it.
Wayne Rothman:
We’ve added customer service people that we found through LaunchHouse.
Grace:
Yes.
Wayne Rothman:
And we like to share and give back.
Grace:
Absolutely.
Wayne Rothman:
Because that’s what this is all about here. We share ideas. So we’ll sit at lunch and help people come up with a name for their business.
Grace:
Yeah.
Wayne Rothman:
And there’s a lot of active eavesdropping.

Sure.
Wayne Rothman:
Which is really great.
Grace:

Right.
