In July of 2016, LaunchHouse moved to Highland Heights. Just as homebuyers look at dozens of properties before purchasing, we looked at dozens of buildings in search of the perfect home for our coworking community. We went on the hunt very open minded and considered spaces all over town and even some unconventional commercial buildings. In the end, we signed a lease for over 8,000 square feet of office space in Alpha Park. LaunchHouse calls 675 Alpha Drive in Highland Heights home!
What we love about our new home:
Location, Location, Location
First of all, Highland Heights is conveniently located off of I-271. In just 25 minutes you hop on I-90 and zip downtown. Mentor is 19 minutes away, and Beachwood is about 15 minutes away. Therefore, Highland Heights is accessible for our LaunchHouse coworking members, whether they live in Chagrin Falls, Cleveland Heights or Macedonia.
Lunch Options
When lunch time rolls around, it’s nice to have options nearby! LaunchHouse is right down the street from chains like Panera, Chipotle, and Qdoba. So, hop around the corner to SOM Center Road and you’ll find every fast casual restaurant you can think of, including Five Guys, Potbelly, and DiBellas. Our resident foodie entrepreneur, Anthony Stedillie, CEO of Knowta and co-founder of Edibly, appreciates the abundance of choices. “There are so many tasty lunch options, you can eat at different restaurants for two weeks and still not hit the same place twice.”
